About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead organizational change management (OCM) programs for multiple Fortune 1000 clients undergoing complex transformation journeys.
  • Provide leadership and execution on multiple OCM projects, managing strategic efforts and advising on project timelines.
  • Develop and refine OCM approaches, methodologies, deliverables, and playbooks.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand specific requirements and identify/manage resistance to change.
  • Research and implement tools and technologies to support OCM initiatives.
  • Create processes for evaluating project change efforts and collaborate with Portfolio teams on forecasting and prioritization.
  • Mentor internal and external OCM resources to ensure high-quality delivery and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
  • 10+ years of progressive end-to-end OCM delivery experience working with external clients.
  • Proven experience in large-scale transformation projects, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Experience managing OCM for large, complex ERP system implementations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience within a project lifecycle.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
