Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of integrated omnichannel marketing and communications plans for healthcare clients.
• Translate audience insights and brand challenges into highly personalized omnichannel experiences.
• Bridge insights, creative, analytics, and media to build cohesive engagement ecosystems.
• Drive strategic vision from conception through execution, ensuring consistency with holistic omnichannel plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define measurement plans and develop optimization recommendations.
• Partner with account and brand strategy teams to drive annual strategic and tactic plans.
• Support business development efforts, including assisting in new business pitches.
• Stay current on omnichannel best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of agency experience with a foundation in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Proven expertise in omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, and customer segmentation.
• Proficiency in CRM, relationship marketing, and marketing/sales automation.
• Strong understanding of digital media, social media, and search (SEO/SEM).
• Ability to apply data and marketing analytics to drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to manage client relationships in multi-stakeholder environments.
