About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure high academic quality across all courses within the Regional Department of Political Science and International Relations
- Foster an enriching academic environment and support faculty development across regional campuses
- Attract, develop, and retain top-tier teaching talent to implement the Tec21 Educational Model
- Participate in the planning, evaluation, and recommendation of new faculty candidates
- Define and monitor Personal Development Plans for faculty members, supporting their intellectual vitality, innovation, and leadership
Requirements
- PhD in Social Sciences (Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, History, or related fields)
- Master's degree in Social Sciences
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience or similar academic leadership roles
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level / TOEFL 550-600)
- High-level effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate from a top 200 QS World University Ranking institution
