Associate Director of the Regional Department of Political Science and International Relations

Responsibilities

• Ensure high academic quality across all courses within the Regional Department of Political Science and International Relations
• Foster an enriching academic environment and support faculty development across regional campuses
• Attract, develop, and retain top-tier teaching talent to implement the Tec21 Educational Model
• Participate in the planning, evaluation, and recommendation of new faculty candidates
• Define and monitor Personal Development Plans for faculty members, supporting their intellectual vitality, innovation, and leadership

Requirements

• PhD in Social Sciences (Political Science, Public Policy, International Relations, History, or related fields)
• Master's degree in Social Sciences
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience or similar academic leadership roles
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level / TOEFL 550-600)
• High-level effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate from a top 200 QS World University Ranking institution
