Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition, development, and retention of strategic B2B clients for Executive Education programs in Qatar and the GCC region.
• Drive corporate sales performance by developing and executing sales strategies aligned with institutional growth objectives.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of new and existing corporate clients using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Partner with Faculty and Subject Matter Experts to translate client needs into impactful, customized learning solutions.
• Oversee account management plans for key clients, ensuring renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities are pursued.
• Lead and manage direct reports, driving performance and accountability through clear objectives and KPIs.
• Represent the institution at client events, launches, and professional forums to strengthen market visibility.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or consulting.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation capabilities with the ability to close high-value deals.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Education, Talent Development, or Leadership Development.
• Experience in the GCC markets.
• Proficiency in Arabic or French.
• Experience in designing and pricing customized corporate learning solutions.
