Associate Director of Regional International Business Department

Responsibilities

• Teach international business programs within the academic department
• Manage academic staff and support their development in intellectual vitality, service, and leadership
• Support the definition of the Department's operational and budget plans
• Analyze institutional, regional, and campus planning guidelines
• Identify and secure local and regional training partners
• Estimate supply and demand for subjects and groups on campus
• Diagnose departmental needs regarding faculty, laboratories, and software
• Ensure the availability of part-time faculty according to school profiles
• Monitor faculty performance commitments on campus

Requirements

• PhD in International Business or Administration (indispensable)
• English proficiency at C1 level (TOEFL 600+ score required)
• At least 3 years of academic teaching experience
• Professional experience in the industry
• International academic or professional experience
