Associate Director of Productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead productivity projects to deliver significant operating-profit improvements across the West Region
• Provide consultative guidance to functional and business partners to drive operational excellence
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools as a Project Lead to improve quality, speed, and cost performance
• Own KPIs and regional reporting, ensuring accountability for annual regional cost-savings targets
• Partner with client groups to identify opportunities, develop project ideas, and charter initiatives
• Execute sub-$1MM productivity projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Mentor Green Belts to build organizational capability in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Standardize problem-solving using proven best-practice methodologies and enforce process discipline

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business or Project Management experience with demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent technical learning background
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using statistical software for data analysis
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
• Ability to travel 25–35% based on business needs
