Responsibilities
- Lead internal team brainstorming and translate campaign strategy into actionable plans and creative briefs
- Oversee influencer outreach, vetting, contracting, and the full content lifecycle
- Manage client communications, expectations, and strategic alignment for specific workstreams
- Mentor and manage Senior Managers and Coordinators, fostering professional growth
- Lead campaign reporting, analyzing performance data to identify optimizations and insights
- Support financial management including staffing grids, budget trackers, and billing reconciliation
- Partner with Legal to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Partnerships, or Influencer fields
- Proven experience managing teams and overseeing multiple accounts concurrently
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, paid partnerships, and campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and social analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale programs or events
