Responsibilities

• Serve as the network's content expert for high school math and science instruction
• Lead the vision and implementation of high-quality instruction and curriculum adoption
• Partner with school leaders to identify and enact instructional priorities
• Conduct frequent classroom observations and provide real-time feedback to teachers
• Analyze scholar performance data to identify instructional gaps and guide improvement efforts
• Ensure alignment between curriculum, daily instruction, and high-stakes assessments
• Support the development and implementation of high-quality instructional materials

Requirements

• Proven experience as an instructional leader (dean, assistant principal, or principal)
• Deep subject matter expertise in high school STEM content
• Track record of improving classroom instruction and student outcomes
• Strong ability to analyze assessment data and identify instructional trends
• Excellent communication skills for providing actionable feedback
• Experience with curriculum design and assessment systems
