Associate Director of Haven

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, equip, and schedule Dream Team for all Haven ministry areas
• Develop and empower a leadership group of coaches and a weekday Dream Team
• Build relationships with Dream Team members and Haven families
• Resource and equip campus and central ministry staff to serve families with special needs
• Manage day-to-day operations including facilities, classroom maintenance, environment setup, and curriculum prep
• Oversee guest connections, safety, and security procedures
• Ensure compliance with budget guidelines and safety procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education preferred
• 1 to 3 years of related experience in the discipline
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to lift 20 to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks like kneeling or setting up equipment
• Alignment with the vision and mission of BattleCreek Church
