About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the COMPASS mentoring program and support program strategy
  • Design, implement, and improve peer mentoring programs and training curricula
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate Peer Mentors and graduate interns
  • Track, analyze, and report program data regarding student participation and engagement
  • Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and student services to support student success
  • Promote mentoring programs through campus outreach and engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, or a closely related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in student support, mentoring, or advising
  • Demonstrated experience supervising student employees or graduate interns
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the higher education student success landscape and academic support strategies
  • Experience with data management systems and reporting tools
