About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized career coaching to approximately 100 MSCF students, assisting with career goals, job-search strategies, interviewing, and negotiation.
  • Deliver industry-informed advising through one-on-one sessions and group workshops on resume preparation and networking.
  • Plan and implement annual career events, including alumni mock interviews, career panels, and employer presentations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers through outreach, site visits, and targeted marketing to expand student opportunities.
  • Oversee the Peer Mentorship Program and work closely with student leadership representatives.
  • Partner with the Director of Alumni Relations to implement initiatives such as Alumni Mentorship and Quant-in-Residence programs.
  • Assess and enhance career services programming in response to evolving industry trends and employment markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and AI platforms.
  • Experience managing databases, CRM systems, and career services technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience in financial services, higher education, career services, graduate recruiting, or university relations.
