Associate Director of Athletic Advancement

Responsibilities

• Secure annual gifts ranging from $100 to $24,999 to support the Greyhound Club and athletic teams
• Develop and execute annual membership drives and engagement strategies via email, mail, and events
• Conduct a minimum of 100 donor visits annually to solicit philanthropic support
• Foster professional relationships with alumni, parents, and emerging major gift prospects
• Provide day-to-day oversight and supervision of Graduate Assistants and student workers
• Coordinate donor stewardship, including recognition events and dedications
• Utilize Raiser’s Edge and GiveCampus to maintain accurate donor data and information
• Ensure compliance with all NCAA Division II and Great Lakes Valley Conference rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0–3 years of fundraising or non-profit experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking and writing
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel independently across the United States
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for donor events and athletic hospitality

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of athletic fundraising, alumni relations, and advancement communications
• Experience using Raiser’s Edge or similar donor databases
