About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage affinity programming, including fraternity/sorority life and the Council of Lafayette Women.
- Plan and execute the biennial Council of Lafayette Women’s Conference and regional programming.
- Partner with the Gateway Career Center to develop alumni programming focused on online career development.
- Develop signature events that connect alumni with faculty and explore faculty-led travel programs.
- Collaborate with Annual Giving staff to align engagement activities with fundraising goals and donor-segmentation.
- Identify, cultivate, and steward alumni volunteers to support various campus initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in higher education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Suite.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during events as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.
