Associate Director of Admissions

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate admissions recruiters and support staff to ensure performance expectations are met
• Coordinate and oversee recruiter travel schedules, high school visits, and college fair assignments
• Monitor recruitment funnel activity and analyze data trends to identify opportunities for increased enrollment
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to support institutional enrollment objectives
• Represent the university at recruitment events, high schools, and community organizations
• Prepare regular reports regarding recruitment activity, application trends, and enrollment projections
• Utilize CRM and communication platforms to oversee texting, email, and calling campaigns
• Train admissions staff on recruitment practices, customer service, and application review procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Five years of experience in a related field with progressive responsibilities
• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience
• Proficiency with CRM systems (such as Slate) and communication platforms
• Strong analytical, thinking, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Experience supervising specific recruitment territories
• Knowledge of undergraduate admissions processes and application review practices
• Experience coordinating multi-channel communication campaigns
• Familiarity with enrollment forecasting and recruitment analytics
