Associate Director of Admissions

Responsibilities

• Serve as an enthusiastic spokesperson for the school, conducting tours and attending admissions events.
• Manage the applicant journey from inquiry to enrollment, including conducting parent and student interviews.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to feeder schools, consultants, and new markets.
• Lead admissions outreach events that showcase the school's unique differentiators.
• Track and analyze admissions metrics to inform recruitment strategy and produce reports for leadership.
• Assist with financial aid applications using the Clarity platform.
• Present candidates to the Admissions Committee and maintain accurate applicant files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in school admissions, teaching, administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Ravenna, Clarity, and Google Suite.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and interpret statistics to drive recruitment decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse populations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for school events and travel locally as needed.
