Associate Director of Admissions

Responsibilities

• Serve as an enthusiastic spokesperson for the school, conducting tours and attending admissions events.
• Manage the applicant journey from inquiry to enrollment, including conducting parent and student interviews.
• Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to feeder schools, consultants, and new markets.
• Lead admissions outreach events that showcase the school's unique differentiators.
• Track and analyze admissions metrics to inform recruitment strategy and produce reports for leadership.
• Assist with financial aid processes using the Clarity platform.
• Present candidates to the Admissions Committee and maintain accurate applicant files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in school admissions, teaching, administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing recruitment strategies and achieving enrollment goals.
• Strong marketing sensibility and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Ravenna, Clarity, and Google Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret statistics to evaluate trends.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently.
• Flexibility to attend evening and weekend school events and travel locally as needed.
