Associate Director of Admission - Visits & Events

Responsibilities

• Manage all Office of Admission events and programs, including preparation, day-of coordination, and post-event processing
• Supervise the Visit Manager, including hiring, training, scheduling, and daily management
• Develop and maintain a recruitment plan for an assigned geographical territory
• Create and maintain effective working relationships with campus constituents, including faculty, hospitality services, and coaches
• Evaluate visit programs based on feedback and data to continuously improve the campus visit experience
• Manage technology related to visits and events, such as virtual tours and scheduling software via Slate CRM
• Represent the university at college fairs, high school visits, and community events
• Communicate with prospective students and families via phone, email, and in-person meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of progressively responsible job-related experience in admission, higher education, or hospitality
• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Supervisory experience of student or professional staff
• Experience using Banner and Slate (or other CRM systems)
