About the role
Responsibilities
- Own program strategy across a portfolio of workstreams, defining multi-year outcomes, milestones, and delivery approaches.
- Align senior business and technology leaders on strategic priorities, delivery trade-offs, and measurable outcomes.
- Shape alignment between North America priorities and global product/data platform roadmaps.
- Design governance models, chair Steering Committees, and manage RAID at the portfolio level.
- Orchestrate enterprise interdependencies across the product portfolio to resolve conflicts and protect delivery paths.
- Drive change management, training strategy, and value realization frameworks to ensure business adoption.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, including scope definition and commercial negotiations.
Requirements
- Experience leading delivery across multiple product and business teams at portfolio scale.
- Deep familiarity with Agile and release management at an enterprise scale.
- Proven track record of leading executive-level communications and steering committees.
- Experience building and managing RAID logs, dependency maps, and integrated plans for complex programs.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in FMCG, CPG, or retail environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in AI, data science, or digital product management.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and motivate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, or technology transformation.
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field).
- Specialized expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, or commercial analytics.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs with external partner ecosystems.
