Associate Director (NetSuite)

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of client engagements and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact
• Guide implementation teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are on time and on budget
• Collaborate with team members to develop scalable NetSuite solutions and translate business requirements into functionality
• Lead client workshops to define implementation strategies and solution designs
• Oversee all phases of NetSuite ERP implementation including business process design, configuration, UAT, and go-live stabilization
• Identify expansion opportunities and cross-sell services during client engagements
• Participate in pre-sales meetings to assess project effort and determine NetSuite fit
• Develop NetSuite-specific training, collateral, and engagement templates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• 7+ years of implementation or optimization experience
• Proven experience architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite
• Experience leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite implementations
• Ability to gather business requirements for ERP, CRM, and PSA solutions
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products
• Strong ability to develop and sustain client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to client leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience with QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud environments
• Certified NetSuite ERP consultant
