Associate Director (NetSuite)

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact
• Guide implementation teams through the full project lifecycle from design to go-live
• Develop scalable NetSuite solutions and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Lead client workshops to define implementation strategies and solution designs
• Identify expansion opportunities and participate in pre-sales meetings to assess project scope
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop NetSuite-specific training and collateral

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
• 7+ years of implementation or optimization experience
• Proven experience architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite
• Experience leading full-cycle NetSuite implementations
• Ability to gather business requirements for ERP, CRM, and PSA solutions
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Products

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified NetSuite ERP consultant
• Experience with QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud environments
