About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and delegate cost consultant team activities including feasibility estimates, cost planning, and contract procurement
  • Lead team engagement and drive performance standards through effective communication
  • Advise subordinates on technical issues and project scope
  • Manage service delivery to achieve excellence and ensure commercial awareness
  • Promote a safe and secure environment within the company culture

Requirements

  • Proven track record in MEP cost management or quantity surveying
  • Professional qualification such as RICS or similar
  • Degree or HNC level qualification
  • Experience delivering MEP elements of work for clients
  • Knowledge and contacts within the MEP supply chain
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in digital software for cost management services
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
