About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct field-based scientific exchange with prioritized Scientific Experts (SCEs) to support therapeutic area objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong scientific relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Act as a scientific resource for SCEs, HCPs, and internal stakeholders regarding disease state and company compounds.
  • Develop and execute a tactical, customer-centric medical engagement plan for the assigned geography.
  • Identify, document, and communicate scientific insights to inform strategic medical decision-making.
  • Support clinical trial activities by interacting with study investigators and facilitating logistical communications.
  • Serve as a mentor and coach to MSL colleagues and lead special medical or regulatory projects.

Requirements

  • BSc degree required.
  • Advanced science or clinical degree (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD) with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent advanced licensure/experience as specified in the job description.
  • 2+ years of MSL experience in a relevant therapeutic area is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret complex scientific data.
  • Knowledge of regional healthcare systems and clinical practices.
  • Ability to perform field-based work with approximately 50% travel required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of MSL experience in a relevant therapeutic area.
  • Experience in leadership, coaching, or mentoring within a medical affairs team.
