Associate Director, Medical Affairs - Global Biosimilars

Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical and scientific leadership for global biosimilar products and programs
• Represent the medical function within cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Market Access, and R&D
• Develop and execute strategic medical plans to support therapeutic area and product brand goals
• Prepare and deliver high-quality scientific training for internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to the development and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with global and regional stakeholders and external experts
• Represent the company at major scientific meetings and conferences
• Lead external expert engagement and insight generation activities

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD) or PhD
• 8+ years of medical or scientific experience, preferably in a regional or global capacity
• Proven experience in biosimilar development and launch
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively in international, cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
