Responsibilities

• Develop and execute eCommerce media strategies that enhance traffic, conversion, and sales across digital retail platforms
• Act as a primary client contact, delivering actionable insights and aligning media strategies with client business goals
• Lead platform-level operations, including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and other retail media networks
• Create comprehensive media plans and oversee implementation to achieve desired outcomes
• Collaborate on advanced reporting and insights using tools like Tableau, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics
• Establish and refine trafficking and QA workflows to ensure error-free execution
• Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for junior team members
• Work cross-functionally with creative, legal, and finance teams to streamline processes

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and tools like Skai, Pacvue, or CommerceIQ
• Proficiency in attribution, analytics, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Snowflake
• Proven experience mentoring teams and delivering media strategies in eRetail contexts
• Ability to link media planning with broader business goals
• Experience executing strategies across platforms like Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok
