Associate Director, Media Strategy

Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead day-to-day point of contact with media client stakeholders
• Develop go-to-market strategies and integrated, full-funnel media plans
• Lead briefings, brainstorms, presentations, and reporting calls
• Prepare executive-level deliverables on performance, strategic POVs, and competitive analysis
• Analyze data and craft insights for internal and external recommendations
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, insight generation, and reporting
• Collaborate with Activation, Investment, and Data & Measurement teams
• Establish relationships with platform partners to maximize media value
• Manage 1–3 direct reports, providing guidance and feedback

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in media strategy, planning, and client service
• Proficiency in digital direct, programmatic, social, and search
• Fluency in brand and offline channels
• Experience with syndicated planning and competitive insight tools (e.g., Comscore, GWI, Pathmatics, Nielsen)
• Ability to craft compelling, data-driven narratives
• BA or equivalent in marketing, advertising, or business
