Responsibilities

• Develop and build relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
• Lead overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and post-campaign reviews
• Set viable objectives and KPIs and recommend measurement methodologies
• Track and measure projects based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies
• Conduct competitive reporting and analysis
• Propose and implement new planning approaches and product offerings
• Support contractual discussions with media vendors and trading commitments
• Manage and develop direct reports
• Guide the wider team on best practices and innovation

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the media or marketing industry
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including suppliers and media owners
• Competence in media planning and buying across all platforms
• Strong working knowledge of digital media
• Deep understanding of industry, brands, and consumer behavior
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
