About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across various channels to drive installs, engagement, and revenue.
- Develop strategic media plans that differentiate between awareness and lower-funnel conversion objectives.
- Utilize 1st party and 3rd party data sources for audience research and analytics.
- Apply a strong measurement mindset to assess campaign performance and channel-level incrementality using tools like Advertising Data Hub (ADH).
- Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Oversee campaign launches using tracking tools and ensure accuracy through QA of media plan setups.
- Manage accurate forecasts, media plans, and all key planning documentation.
- Lead, motivate, and coach junior team members through the performance development and review process.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital media and performance planning, specifically handling app-based performance clients.
- Proven experience in team handling and managing junior staff.
- Deep knowledge of B2C platforms, 1P data, DMP sources, and DSP partners.
- Proficiency across search (SEM), app campaigns, social, display, video, and programmatic media.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (SEM, YouTube, and App campaigns).
- Experience using Media Research Tools such as Comscore, GWI, TGI, or YouGov.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to meet investment return forecasts.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
