Associate Director Media

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic media consulting for major clients within the financial sector, driving innovative communication strategies.
• Act as a mentor and coach to the media team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering professional development.
• Identify emerging media trends and technologies to translate them into bold, innovative concepts for clients.
• Support new business activities and contribute to the agency's growth through strategic expertise.
• Maintain final responsibility for the quality of all analyses, media strategies, and recommendations provided to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of experience working within a media agency, managing complex media strategies.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in motivating and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic foresight and the ability to translate business goals into long-term communication plans.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive clear, actionable recommendations from complex data.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with sophisticated clients.
• Knowledge of the financial sector or a strong interest in mastering its specific communication challenges.
