Associate Director - Math

Responsibilities

• Teach the AoPS curriculum in dynamic, participation-oriented classes while managing the classroom effectively
• Participate in the hiring and training of part-time staff and teachers
• Assist with campus administrative, logistical, and customer service operations
• Support enrollment and sales efforts by meeting with prospective families to assess student fit
• Counsel current students and families to provide ongoing academic support
• Design and implement campus community-building activities to support student retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred in education or a related field)
• Strong content knowledge in mathematics
• Minimum 1-year teaching experience
• Strong organizational and priority management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree related to the subject area
• Experience working with advanced K-12 students
