About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global MarTech roadmap aligned with firmwide business goals and client engagement priorities.
- Oversee all marketing systems, including CRM, CMS, marketing automation, analytics, and digital asset management.
- Lead platform evaluation, selection, and implementation, ensuring integration with firmwide IT systems.
- Champion the firm’s innovation agenda by introducing AI-powered and data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
- Activate multi-channel marketing campaigns through advanced automation, personalization, and segmentation.
- Establish frameworks for performance tracking and ROI visualization using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or GA4.
- Govern adherence to global data privacy and compliance standards, including GDPR and CCPA.
- Manage vendor relationships, RFP processes, and technology budgets.
- Build and mentor a scalable global MarTech team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading marketing technology or digital transformation in a global, B2B, or professional services environment.
- Deep expertise in MarTech architecture, specifically with CRM (InterAction), CMS (WordPress), and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong proficiency in data ecosystems, APIs, and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, GA4).
- Proven track record in project and change management, leading complex implementations across partnership-based organizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of global data privacy, security, and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management, budget oversight, and leading RFP processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience recruiting and managing high-performing technical teams.
