Responsibilities

• Manage leasing and project development within the designated region
• Lead early-stage development including seeking potential clients, land, and customized projects
• Conduct market research on existing logistics projects and competitors, including asset transfers and property management models
• Execute sales and leasing activities including market research, client tracking, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation
• Act as a liaison between clients and engineering departments for project modifications and renovations
• Coordinate with property departments to conduct regular client follow-ups and resolve warehouse usage issues
• Represent the company at industry forums, summits, and exhibitions to maintain connections with clients and government departments
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential clients
• Report transaction progress to headquarters and investors
• Provide market research materials, including supply and demand analysis, to internal research departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field
• 8-10+ years of experience in real estate, logistics, consulting, or government sectors
• Knowledge of industrial real estate/industrial park leasing negotiations and land development
• Basic English writing and communication skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to travel frequently
