About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain enterprise brand marketing capability by diagnosing skill gaps and delivering enablement through training, workshops, and coaching.
- Partner with brand and launch teams to provide strategic advice on core marketing capabilities such as insights generation, positioning, and customer engagement.
- Define and evolve marketing competency models and establish proficiency levels across the US marketing community.
- Design curated learning pathways and curricula with clear objectives and reusable tools/templates.
- Facilitate strategy working sessions for high-value deliverables, including patient journeys, segmentation, and value propositions.
- Coach brand and launch leaders on story lining, decision framing, and the application of best-practice tools.
- Manage resources, project plans, and budgets to deliver against capability roadmaps.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree required; advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical industry.
- 5+ years of marketing or brand experience across various roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering applied learning, such as workshops and facilitated sessions.
- Strong stakeholder influence skills with the ability to lead through change without formal authority.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience with budget and resource management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across different stages of a brand's life cycle (launch, growth, and end of life).
- Experience leading or enabling Annual Brand Planning processes.
- Experience partnering with launch teams to build launch readiness.
- Exposure to Agile ways of working or marketing transformation initiatives.
