Associate Director, Marketing

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the Regional Marketing Plan for Spain and Portugal in coordination with the Global Management Team.
• Lead marketing strategies for new asset launches and existing products in complex markets.
• Shape the market and standard of care by developing relationships with key opinion leaders and physicians.
• Coordinate market research and implement multichannel strategies, including virtual approaches, events, and congresses.
• Partner closely with Medical, Market Access, and Sales teams to ensure local execution of global priorities.
• Manage P&L, implement ROI tools, and track KPIs to maximize marketing effectiveness.
• Develop comprehensive business plans to facilitate market development and cost-effective operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing with an MBA or specialized postgraduate degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven expertise in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, including product launches and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with high-cost products or within the rare disease sector.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience working with specialists such as Nephrologists, Cardiologists, Geneticists, Neurologists, and Pediatric Endocrinologists.
• Strong leadership, project management, and people development skills.
