Associate Director, Market Development

Responsibilities

• Execute non-promotional market development and disease education strategies for the Frexalimab Global Franchise in Multiple Sclerosis.
• Implement market shaping initiatives through direct engagement with neurologists, MS thought leaders, and centers of excellence.
• Orchestrate Sanofi's presence at key neurology congresses, including symposia and integrated engagement plans.
• Partner with Global Brand, Medical, and Regional Marketing teams to deliver unbranded peer-to-peer education and speaker programs.
• Translate field insights to inform and sharpen the pre-launch approach for frexalimab.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to ensure all field activities are aligned and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech market development, sales, marketing, or medical education.
• Hands-on experience with medical congresses, peer-to-peer programs, and speaker bureaus.
• Proven experience with KOL engagement and compliant contracting processes.
• Experience in MS or Neurology pre-launch and product launch environments.
• Ability to lead through influence within a matrixed, global organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in Multiple Sclerosis or neurology.
• Familiarity with MS clinical endpoints such as MRI lesions, relapse rates, and disability progression.
• Knowledge of FMV, Sunshine Act, and HCP compliance requirements.
• Strong event management experience.
