Associate Director, Market Access Strategy - Liver Portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional market access planning and strategy for the liver portfolio, aligned with brand objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies covering pricing, reimbursement, and payer engagement.
• Assess evolving payer, competitive, and policy landscapes to identify strategic risks and opportunities.
• Translate clinical and economic data into compelling payer value propositions and communication tools.
• Partner with HEOR and Medical Affairs to define evidence needs and support evidence generation plans.
• Collaborate across Brand Teams, Medical Affairs, Finance, and Legal to ensure integrated strategic planning.
• Monitor payer trends and coverage decisions to inform long-term portfolio strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience, OR
• Master's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR
• PhD and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payer systems and reimbursement dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, or business.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH, PharmD, or MS in HEOR.
• 8+ years of experience specifically in Market Access, payer strategy, HEOR, or pricing.
• Experience in liver diseases or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience with pipeline planning and launch preparedness.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams without direct authority.
