About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead market access strategic initiatives, including one-year commercial plans, brand POA, and competitive assessments.
- Develop and execute managed markets marketing tactics and resources for National Accounts and Key Accounts teams.
- Manage the Promotion Review Committee (PRC) process to ensure all marketing materials are cleared for promotional use and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Direct tactical plan development, including brand-specific programs and direct-to-patient initiatives.
- Leverage market research and analytics to optimize marketing tactics and direct brand strategies.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and PRC submittals for all product-specific market access tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand messaging across online communications and eMarketing channels.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key advocacy groups and regional organizations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and their impact on marketing materials.
- Proven expertise in implementing pharmaceutical communication plans, including publications and medical education activities.
- Strong track record of developing external relationships and driving brand advocacy.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech patient or community marketing and budget management.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and/or direct reports.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Sophisticated negotiation, influencing, and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for opinion leader programs.
- Ability to run advisory boards in conjunction with medical departments.
- Proficiency in using ROI measures to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
