About the Company

Nielen Schuman is a leading independent corporate finance advisory boutique in the Benelux. Established in 2002, the firm provides mergers & acquisitions, strategic advisory, capital raising, and capital restructuring services to a broad range of business owners, corporations, and investors.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in sell-side, buy-side, strategic, public-to-private, and capital raising situations
• Manage day-to-day project coordination and interact with clients, buyers, and professional advisors
• Oversee the production of business and market analyses, including complex financial and valuation models
• Manage the preparation of client presentations, teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations
• Coordinate project deliverables, due diligence processes, and project timelines
• Participate in origination meetings, strategic dialogues, and negotiations
• Mentor associates and collaborate with peers to develop junior team members
• Build and maintain an external network of prospective clients and market participants

Requirements

• Master’s degree
• 5-9 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking (M&A, industry, or execution teams)
• Native Dutch and strong command of English
• Excellent analytical, project management, and team management skills
• Strong command of valuation methodologies, accounting principles, and Excel modelling
• Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative mentality
