About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the Loyalty Marketing and CRM strategy to drive member acquisition and engagement.
  • Manage the Loyalty Marketing & Communications calendar, including campaigns, CRM, social media, and PR initiatives.
  • Develop and manage loyalty promotions and member engagement initiatives across global and regional markets for B2C and B2B segments.
  • Drive member activation and retention through targeted communications, lifecycle marketing, and segmentation.
  • Lead the Loyalty social media strategy and PR initiatives to increase program awareness and relevance.
  • Collaborate with Loyalty Partnerships, Analytics, Digital, and regional teams to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track and report on the program’s overall health and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Hotel Management (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8+ years of experience in marketing, digital, loyalty engagement, or CRM.
  • Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns across various markets.
  • Experience with social media strategy and PR coordination.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of loyalty economics and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
