About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of liquidity and funding regulatory reporting, including LCR, NCCF, NSFR, and the Supplemental Liquidity Template.
- Partner with Global Risk Management, Risk Technology, Internal Audit, and Finance to ensure governance, system stability, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments to lead change implementation and ensure ongoing compliance.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis, deep dives, and executive presentations for senior leadership.
- Lead and develop direct reports, fostering technical capability and a strong control culture.
- Manage daily and month-end LCR production, ensuring robustness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Liquidity Risk, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of liquidity and funding risks, metrics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Proven ability to manage complex processes and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional designation such as CFA or CPA/Accounting.
