About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage life sciences consulting projects from cultivation to completion, including work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets
- Lead project teams and provide coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to staff consultants
- Support day-to-day client relationship management and collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors on project progress
- Drive sales initiatives and practice development to support business growth
- Deliver high-quality work products focused on product planning, pricing, reimbursement, and commercialization strategy
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field (Advanced degree/PhD preferred)
- 6+ years of consulting or professional experience working with global pharma or biotech clients
- 5+ years of experience leading project engagements, including scoping and resource allocation
- 3+ years of formal experience in team management and performance oversight
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug development, and launch processes
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and Access
- Experience working with key pharma datasets (e.g., CMS, IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, or Veeva)
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 30% of the time

- Proven track record of expanding client relationships and pursuing cross-business opportunities
- Exceptional client management skills and experience collaborating with senior leadership
