About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise clients and implement Lean solutions to transform organizations
- Lead management consulting projects and manage team members
- Coach and develop junior consultants through knowledge sharing
- Manage client expectations across all organizational levels
- Support business development and client acquisition efforts
- Develop Lean Management concepts, products, and tools
Requirements
- 5–6 years of experience in Management Consulting
- Experience in implementing operational change
- Proficiency in Lean tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Kaizen)
- Fluent in English and native command of Arabic
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Lean Management implementation
- MBA or relevant post-graduate degree
