Associate Director | Landlord Representation

Responsibilities

• Support Office Services Team Leader to grow, manage, and lead the office leasing team
• Provide strategic leasing and marketing for the office property portfolio
• Liaise with tenants, property agencies, and related parties
• Handle negotiations of leasing transactions
• Maintain existing business partner relationships and develop new business with potential tenants
• Initiate business development activities through direct mailers, canvassing, and other methods
• Respond to business referrals from the Colliers Global Network

Requirements

• Solid work experience in Commercial Leasing with reputable organizations
• Broad understanding of the commercial market
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in developing talent and being a strong team player
• University degree or above, preferably in Real Estate Management
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
