About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account plans for assigned health systems to drive access and adoption of COBENFY within the Neuropsychiatry space
- Lead P&T strategy to ensure optimal formulary access and inclusion in clinical pathways and protocols
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, including C-suite, pharmacy, finance, and clinical leadership
- Drive integrated, cross-functional account plans by aligning internal stakeholders across Market Access, Medical, Sales, and Health IT
- Lead strategic discussions regarding reimbursement, health system economics, and value-based care models
- Analyze market data and account-level insights to identify opportunities and optimize engagement strategies
- Address customer pain points and operational inefficiencies to improve patient access and streamline care delivery
- Maintain a high level of field engagement (over 80%) to support stakeholder partnerships and strategy execution
Requirements
- BS/BA degree required
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or health system environments
- Proven expertise in hospital and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) engagement
- Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems, including provider, payer, and acute care dynamics
- Expertise in market access strategy, including formulary management, P&T processes, and reimbursement models
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executive-level stakeholders
- Strong capability to lead and mobilize cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively in a field-based role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, or related therapeutic areas
- Prior experience in sales, market access, or marketing roles
- Previous people leadership experience
