Associate Director IT DWS Service Owner - Client Endpoint Service

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end management of digital workplace services in compliance with ITIL processes, quality, and regulatory requirements (including GxP).
• Monitor and manage external service providers to ensure adherence to contracts and defined SLAs.
• Identify potential improvements and new technologies through market analysis and integrate them into the existing IT landscape.
• Oversee service performance and stability, providing reports on quality, usage, efficiency, and cost analysis.
• Act as the central point of contact and escalation for internal and external stakeholders, including IT leadership, compliance, and security teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT, supported by a degree or relevant vocational training.
• Deep knowledge of Zero-Touch Deployment, including expertise in Autopilot and ABM.
• Proficiency with management tools such as Intune and Jamf for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management, ideally with ITIL certification.
• Proven experience working in international teams and managing IT service delivery.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
