Associate Director- IT Commercial Field Sales Mobile Applications

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of operational data management, reporting, dashboards, and iOS applications for US Commercial and Sales Analytics teams.
• Drive key data and analytics transformation programs, including cloud transformation and product launch support.
• Manage complex program budgets and develop business cases with ROI frameworks for commercial stakeholders.
• Oversee DevOps and delivery teams to ensure operational efficiency within AWS Cloud and data mesh architectures.
• Manage a global vendor ecosystem, including partners such as Accenture, HCL, and ZS.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Architecture, Commercial IT, and various business units to align technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience, OR Master's Degree and 8 years of experience, OR PhD and 2 years of experience.
• Proven expertise in data management and analytics.
• Experience managing cloud technology and large-scale IT vendor ecosystems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex projects and diverse subject matter experts.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting Commercial Pharma Sales Analytics and Operations processes.
• Deep understanding of commercial data sets such as IQVIA, Specialty Pharmacy, and patient assistance programs.
• Extensive experience with AWS Cloud, Informatica, Dell Boomi, Salesforce, and Veeva.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau or MicroStrategy.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, or Six Sigma.
