Associate Director, Investment Banking - Energy, Upstream

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a broad range of complex energy upstream investment banking transactions
• Support Managing Directors and Directors on key client mandates and multi-product pitches
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior Analysts and Associates to promote continuous professional growth
• Manage workflow for origination and execution, ensuring efficient delegation and completion of work
• Champion a client-centric culture by deepening relationships and leveraging broader Bank systems
• Ensure all activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and business controls

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, or corporate finance/accounting
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Science, or Technology
• Strong quantitative skills with a focus on financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under demanding deadlines
• Ability to obtain and maintain required FINRA registration and licensing
