Associate Director, Inventory & Capital Management

Responsibilities

• Lead capital allocation strategy and investment governance across Integrated Supply Chain (ISC)
• Drive inventory performance optimization and working capital improvement initiatives
• Serve as a senior finance business partner to Supply Chain, Operations, and Strategy leadership
• Manage end-to-end capital planning and allocation processes, including AOP and LRP
• Apply capital approval frameworks to ensure alignment with ROI, IRR, and strategic priorities
• Monitor capital project execution and track spend against approved business cases
• Partner with Supply Chain and Plant leadership to identify inventory reduction opportunities
• Provide financial oversight for monthly inventory performance, projections, and obsolete inventory actions
• Act as the finance lead for strategic initiatives such as footprint optimization and network redesign
• Provide advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis to support long-term decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 12–15+ years of relevant experience in ISC and Supply Chain Finance
• Expertise in capital investment analysis and governance
• Proven track record in inventory and working capital management
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and business case evaluation
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE)
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional outcomes
