Associate Director, International Omni-Channel Management Oncology

Responsibilities

• Drive a unified digital strategy framework to strengthen channel performance and accelerate Advanced Customer Experience (ACE) integration across the Oncology portfolio.
• Lead Omni-Channel Management (OCM) capability building, defining frameworks for Affiliates to implement the OCM ecosystem.
• Support the shaping of Brand Customer Engagement Strategies using a customer-centric approach to enhance the HCP experience.
• Advance digital transformation by orchestrating ACE pillars across channels, including Digital, P2P, and Congresses.
• Coordinate cross-functional working groups with partners in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Business Technology Solutions.
• Establish OCM governance by integrating ACE metrics into monthly reviews and turning data insights into actionable improvements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to coach teams on customer-centric marketing and AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including Marketing/Brand and Sales Management.
• Proven experience in digital communication and managing digital/CRM tools.
• Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills with the ability to define structured execution plans.
• Experience with analytics, customer journey design, and content strategy.
• Ability to work effectively across International, Area, and Affiliate stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for developing executive-ready communications.
