Associate Director, Integrated Supply Chain Finance & Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the VP of Integrated Supply Chain and site leadership teams.
• Drive financial performance by identifying productivity improvements, cost reduction opportunities, and margin enhancement initiatives.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Oversee standard costing processes, cost accounting governance, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Provide financial modeling for make vs. buy decisions, capital investment proposals, and network optimization.
• Lead and develop Plant Controllers and Supply Chain Finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and corporate financial policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive Finance experience within manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing professional teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• SAP ERP experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and standard costing.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or professional certification such as CPA or CMA.
• Experience in Medical Device, Life Sciences, or highly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience supporting global manufacturing operations or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of S&OP, capacity planning, and materials management.
