Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams and the delivery of quantitative research projects to ensure high-quality outputs
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day project delivery
• Shape research approaches, including project scope and questionnaire design
• Oversee the analysis and reporting process, ensuring deliverables are insight-led
• Co-lead and develop the India-based research team, including performance management and recruitment
• Write proposals to identify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue generation
• Help shape team strategy and ways of working to align with organizational objectives

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in market research
• Experience within the healthcare industry
• Significant experience in leading projects and client management
• Desire to develop business development and client generation skills
